Randy Click, Pastor-at-Large
Through the Power of gentleness and deep compassion we are called to pour the life of Jesus into the lives of others in the purity of warm engagement, manifest from a re-born heart and sustained by a heightened, genuine awareness of others and their plight of alienation from the hope of shalom.
Here is revealed to us the Joy that is in the LORD.
It is only in serving others that we truly know him!
ln my heart, deep reservoirs of sheer delight have broken open!

More About Randy
Randy left his home in Magnolia, AR to attend Grand Canyon College in 1981 and was later to be hired on the staff
of Litchfield Park First Baptist Church in Litchfield Park, AZ.
He graduated from Grand Canyon College in 1983 with a B.S. in Behavioral Science, with a minor in Bible and Religion
He was ordained to the Ministry of the Gospel in October of 1985 at Litchfield Park, then started in full-time ministry in January of 1986, serving 27 years at Litchfield Park First Baptist Church, where the Lord used him to build the church’s single’s and outreach ministry in the West Phoenix area. He then became the senior pastor at the church in August of 1988, where he remained as pastor for over 20 years. The Lord, in His providential wisdom, redirected him from full-time professional ministry to go to the Father’s Vineyard and search for those in despair, who may never darken the doors of a conventional church building. He wants to entreat everyone he meets in the Name of the Lord, and to exhibit for them the tender mercy and compassion that was bountifully given to him by the Lord.
Micah 6:8 (CSB)
“Mankind, he has told each of you what is good
and what it is the LORD requires of you:
to act justly,
to love faithfulness,
and to walk humbly with your God.”
Preaching
Randy preached, taught and poured his heart into the ministry until he was diagnosed with acute depressive disorder in 2009 which was so severe that he stepped down from the church ministry.
Through the Fire
Randy had some tough months dealing with the illness, but was blessed to receive a full recovery by the intervention of God and the knowledge of medical professionals and counselors. He was then led to begin ministering “beyond the walls” of the local church. That included doing revivals, seminars, retreats, pulpit supply, conferences and doctrinal series.
4016 Ministries
In 2014, he felt the need to preach again and so 4016 Ministries was established to accomplish that. He describes his ministry role now as a combination of an evangelist, missionary, and chaplain wrapped up in the heart of a pastor.
In 2016, Randy moved to Denver, CO to begin ministry work at Christ the Body, a homeless ministry in downtown Denver. At Christ the Body, he preached, counseled, and ministered to scores and scores of people and also did street preaching and did visitations to home-bound, infirmed and shut-in church members; he was also involved preaching in other areas of CO and multiple states.
Through amazing unforeseen circumstances, the Lord JESUS provided funds and direction for him to relocate his primary mission/ministry to Southwest Virginia in late December of 2020. It became the “ministry hub/headquarters” for launching his mission outreach across the country. He has been in an average of 17 states per year so far since relocating to Roanoke, VA from Denver.
In Roanoke, his Southern upbringing made him fit in well with locals there and allowed him to be free to minister in the community and also freed him to “move around the country” in multiple states as the Lord provided.
In a world often divided, Randy’s unwavering commitment to the Lord through compassion and inclusion is a testament to the power of faith, love, and service. His journey stands as an invitation for us all to bridge the gaps that separate us and create a more harmonious and caring world that brings glory and honor to the Lord of all.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (New Testament, First Corinthians):
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.”
Romans 13:8-10 (ESV)
“Owe no one anything, except to love (agape) each other, for the one who loves (agapes) another has fulfilled the law. 9 For the commandments, ‘You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,‘ and any other commandment, are summed up in this word: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.‘ 10 Love (agape) does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love (agape) is the fulfilling of the law.”

Holy Scripture is dynamic, powerful and alive! Scripture is imbued, inspired and infused by the Holy Spirit to make us wise unto salvation (II Tim. 3:14-15). Scripture clearly and cogently reveals our true condition before the Lord and rallies our renewed spirits to hunger and thirst after Christ’s righteousness, thus confirming our calling and election by grace.

The Church as a visible local called-out community (literally) embodies the life and mission of our Lord Jesus Christ and is a microcosm of His Kingdom. In the church, our lives as His disciples are mystically
knit together supernaturally to manifest His presence. This is confirmed and revealed through a dynamic unity made possible by the supreme power of the Holy Spirit. True discipleship is predicated on our commitment to the local church which magnifies the life of Christ and fans the flame of our passion to serve Him and to proclaim His name among the lost. Our love and devotion to Jesus are best expressed by our deep desire for participation in the witness, vision and mission of the local church.
